Return & Refund Policy
We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions and Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom-made products including personalized or made-to-order pieces and personal care items.
We do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have and once the return is accepted, place a new order.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know if your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
